ABOUT ME
I’m the counsellor behind Renew-Therapy, based in Scunthorpe and I understand how overwhelming life can sometimes feel. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy. I aim to offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood.
I provide gentle, non-judgemental counselling in a calm and welcoming environment. This is a place where you can speak openly, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to understand yourself more deeply — at your own pace.
I have experience in supporting individuals with special educational and mental health needs, and I work thoughtfully with people who have diagnoses of ADHD and ASD. I recognise that everyone experiences the world differently, and I will tailor my approach to suit you as an individual, offering flexible, affirming support.
I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between a counsellor and a client. My approach is friendly, curious, and non-judgemental, and I will draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your needs.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, you don’t have to face it alone. I’ll walk alongside you as you work towards greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing. I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore your difficulties and aspirations and to determine if my assistance could be beneficial to you. This is also a chance to enquire about anything or to see if I appear to be a suitable match for you if you are looking for counselling in Scunthorpe.
