Terms & Conditions 

By booking or attending counselling sessions with Renew-Therapy, you agree to the following terms. Sessions are confidential, and I adhere to professional and legal standards for privacy and record keeping. Sessions can be held in person or online, and it is your responsibility to ensure a safe, private space for online sessions. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice; cancellations with less notice will incur the full session fee. I aim to respond to all enquiries promptly, but communication through email or the website form is not for emergencies. Counselling is a professional service, not a substitute for emergency or medical support, and you should contact your GP or local emergency services if you require urgent help. By attending sessions, you accept these terms, including the limits of my services and the policies around confidentiality, cancellations, and record keeping.
