Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a flexible and supportive environment for all our clients. This policy outlines our standard procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests within our UK-based practice.

Cancellation Notice Period

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Refund Eligibility & Process

“Session fees are generally non‑refundable once a session has taken place. Refunds are not issued for missed or late‑cancelled appointments (less than 48 hours’ notice), except in agreed exceptional circumstances. If I need to cancel a session and we cannot find a suitable alternative time, any fee already paid for that session will be refunded in full or carried over to a future appointment, depending on your preference.”

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, emergency, or events outside your control, I will consider waiving or reducing late cancellation fees on a case‑by‑case basis. If something unexpected happens, please contact me as soon as you are able so we can discuss the options together.”

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

“If you arrive late for a session, we will still need to finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. If you know you will be late or are having difficulty attending, please let me know as soon as possible so we can see what is manageable that day.”
