Refund Policy

At Renew-Therapy, I strive to provide a supportive and professional counselling service. Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking. Because sessions are reserved especially for you, fees are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Refunds for multiple sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the notice given and the circumstances.
