Anxiety Support
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, overthinking, or feeling “on edge” even when nothing seems wrong. It may affect your sleep, focus, relationships and day-to-day life. Together, we can gently explore what anxiety looks like for you and find practical, compassionate ways to ease its hold.
A gentle, neuro-affirming approach to anxiety
I see anxiety as a response that is trying to protect you, not as something “wrong” with you. We’ll start by understanding your nervous system, your life experiences and your current pressures, so we can work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Together we might explore grounding tools, routines that support your daily life, and ways to respond differently to worry and overwhelm. I draw on integrative counselling approaches and trauma-informed practice to support you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
I work with individuals, relationships and families, with a strong focus on neurodiversity. Whether you are autistic, ADHD, or exploring your identity, our work will honour the way your brain and body naturally work.
